“First class treatment… would recommend Tri Physio to anyone”
“Emma is very professional, has a massive amount of diagnostic experience, listens, examines, and she’s certainly helped me with a chronic problem both with physio and acupuncture, when I didn’t know where to turn for help. I would recommend her to everyone!”
“I was extremely impressed by Emma’s professionalism, friendliness and positive approach to Sam’s ankle and hip problem. Her genuine concern in seeing an improvement gave Sam confidence to continue in his quest to overcome his foot pronation – he never let a night go by without going through his exercises! We were delighted by how quickly he improved and even if Sam is not able to enter the Ten Tours team this year we are sure that he will definitely be ready for next year. Emma’s enthusiasm and knowledge of working with young people was evident and we will not hesitate to recommend her to others. Many thanks.”
“I first went to see Emma when a chronic back injury returned just three weeks before my autumn marathon and a week before my last warm-up half marathon. I was barely able to jog around the block never mind run 26.2 miles. Emma soon diagnosed the problem and immediately started treatment. Following a second session two days before the half, I was able to run around pain free in a fairly respectable time. A third treatment a few days before the marathon enabled me to complete my sixth marathon in a new personal best – something which I hadn’t dreamed possible three weeks previously.
As a sportswoman herself, Emma completely understood my motivation and the hard months of training to get to where I was before the injury. She did everything she could to get me to the start line and has followed this up with a long term plan to ensure that I stay in good shape. Thanks Emma – I can’t recommend your expertise and professionalism highly enough!”
“After the initial excitement of winning the Deva tri in Chester, I realised that after a few days the normal post race pain was not calming down and I actually couldn’t run without pain in my leg. It even hurt when I went swimming. I had just got a new bike, and in the unfamiliar position I had managed to strain my groin.
This was a week before flying off to Turkey to represent GB at the European Age Group, so I started to panic a little. Emma was fully booked for that week but she managed to squeeze me in immediately for a session as soon as I got in touch. She diagnosed the issue, treated it, suggested stretches and other remedial action and within the week I was able to run with minimal discomfort. I then went off to Turkey a few days later, raced well, with no issue from the leg what so ever.
I have also suffered with Achilles issues on and off for the last 5 years. Starting to see Emma, her treatment, suggested strength work and stretching has helped me control this issue so that it doesn’t impact my training.
Emma understands my position completely, as a sports person herself, and has always done everything she possibly can to ensure that I train and race to the best of my ability. I am very grateful for all of her help.”
“I went to see Emma with a stiff neck & shoulder, being unable to turn to my head to one side; after just one treatment, everything was mobilized again, plus I was sent away with some stretching to do, in order to help prevent a recurrence.”
“This was my first experience of physiotherapy. Emma talked me though each step, clearly explaining everything along the way. Plus I made a quick recovery thanks to her help. Highly recommended!”
“Emma is the best Physio in Bristol hands down! I trust her advice and i wouldn’t have anyone else work on my legs then her. From having 8 operations to re build my knee now to running ultra marathons monthly i trust her advice and judgement and training advice. i recommend her 100%”
